Property Maintenance

Green Team would be happy to take care of all your residential and commercial maintenance needs. We will promptly come to your home or office to give you a detailed proposal.

 

Green Team offers two types of Year Round Services: Basic and Full Service

Basic Service

​

  • Mowing

  • Edging

  • Trimming

  • Blowing

During our summer months we come out every week and bi-weekly during the winter.

Full Service

 

This package is monthly and includes all of the Basic Service plus everything within the flowerbeds:

​

  • Hedging shrubs

  • Weed control in flower beds

  • Bagging leaves in winter

  • Crepe myrtles pruned in Feb

  • Ligustrum shaping

  • Palms pruned up to 13'

  • Debris removal up to 3" in diameter

 

All services are done per visit as needed. Our crews are trained to look for what needs to be done and the proper way to complete the work so that our jobs always stand out.

Irrigation

Florida’s weather is constantly changing and having a good irrigation system is crucial in keeping your lawn and landscaping in pristine condition. Even if your sprinkler system appears to be in good working order, this does not mean your yard is getting adequate amounts of water throughout. We recommend that at

a minimum your system be inspected annually. Whether it be as simple as repairing a sprinkler head or fixing a timer we will have no problem taking care of all your irrigation

needs. To keep from over watering, rain sensors are great! They

save money on water bills, keep down on fungus, and are mandatory

on all new systems. If you do not have one or if yours is in need of

repair give us a call. We strive to promptly detect and fix any

problems that may arise with our customer’s irrigation system.

Pressure Washing (Winter Only)

​

We use a professional grade power washer to get those

exterior surfaces completely clean. Pressure washing is

great to remove the dirt and mold that builds up over

time on driveways, sidewalks, and siding.

Concrete Sealing (Winter Only)

​

Concrete sealers will make your concrete more resistant

to weather exposure, water, grease and oil stains, and

abrasion. What's more, they will help to bring out the

natural beauty of your concrete and make it easier to clean.
